Services not expressly included within the confirmed scope of work may require an additional charge.
2. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, telephone, email, text message, or other communication may be based on information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, its condition, approximate square footage, number of rooms or service areas, requested services, access conditions, and any unusual circumstances that could materially affect the service.
Unless expressly identified as a guaranteed fixed price, an initial estimate may be adjusted if the actual property condition or service requirements materially differ from the information originally provided.
Circumstances that may result in a change to the service scope or price include:
- Excessive buildup
- Heavy soil or staining
- Excessive pet hair
- Excessive trash or debris
- Larger than represented square footage
- Additional rooms or service areas
- Post-construction materials or debris
- Biohazards or hazardous conditions

- Conditions requiring substantially more labor, supplies, time, or specialized equipment
Industrial CleanWorks will communicate any material change in pricing or scope before performing additional work whenever reasonably practical.
Additional services or material charges requiring customer approval will not be intentionally performed and charged without first receiving authorization.
3. Booking & Service Confirmation
Submitting an online form, contacting Industrial CleanWorks, or requesting a quote does not by itself constitute a confirmed appointment.
An appointment is considered confirmed when Industrial CleanWorks provides confirmation through our booking platform, email, text message, telephone, invoice, proposal, or another authorized communication channel.
Appointment times may represent either an exact appointment time or an arrival window depending on the service.
Industrial CleanWorks makes reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled period. Circumstances including traffic, weather, previous service conditions, emergencies, equipment issues, staffing disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.
When reasonably possible, customers will be notified of material delays or schedule changes.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be disclosed through the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, recurring service agreement, service agreement, or checkout process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the payment terms associated with the applicable service.
Industrial CleanWorks may accept payment through payment methods made available through our website, booking system, invoice, or authorized payment processor.
Certain services may require:
- A deposit
- Payment preauthorization
- Partial advance payment
- Full advance payment
- Payment upon service completion
- Milestone payments for larger projects
Deposits, when required, will ordinarily be applied toward the final balance for the applicable service unless otherwise disclosed.
Commercial projects, recurring commercial accounts, or contract services may be subject to separate payment terms contained in the applicable proposal, agreement, work order, or contract.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Industrial CleanWorks understands that schedules may change. Because each confirmed appointment reserves dedicated time, personnel, and operational resources, timely notice is required when canceling or rescheduling.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
A $50 fee may also apply when:
- The customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time
- Industrial CleanWorks cannot obtain authorized access to the property
- A service professional has already been dispatched and the appointment is canceled or rescheduled
- The customer fails to provide information or access reasonably necessary to begin the scheduled service
- Conditions within the customer's reasonable control prevent the scheduled service from beginning
Whenever reasonably possible, customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
Exceptions may be considered at Industrial CleanWorks' discretion for emergencies or circumstances reasonably outside the customer's control.
If Industrial CleanWorks initiates a cancellation or rescheduling, the customer will not be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee for that change.
Industrial CleanWorks will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative service time when an appointment must be rescheduled.
7. Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property and all areas included in the scheduled service.
Access may include:
- Being present at the property
- Providing an authorized entry code
- Providing key access
- Coordinating access with property management
- Providing other mutually agreed access instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any codes, keys, gates, security systems, property management instructions, or other access methods are functioning and authorized before the scheduled service.
If Industrial CleanWorks cannot access the property or required service areas at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as an unsuccessful service visit, late cancellation, or rescheduling.
Applicable charges may apply when personnel and resources have been reserved or dispatched for the appointment.
8. Utilities
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the customer is responsible for ensuring that utilities reasonably necessary to perform the scheduled cleaning service are available and operational.
These may include:
- Running water
- Electricity
- Appropriate lighting
- Working climate conditions when reasonably necessary for safe service
If essential utilities are unavailable and substantially prevent the scheduled work from being performed, Industrial CleanWorks may:
- Perform only the services reasonably possible;
- Reschedule the affected portion of the service; or
- Terminate the appointment when the service cannot safely or reasonably continue.
Charges may apply based on services actually performed, personnel and resources committed to the appointment, travel, supplies used, and the applicable booking terms.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and making reasonable preparations for service.
Unless organization or decluttering services have specifically been purchased, customers should remove excessive personal belongings or clutter that would prevent reasonable access to surfaces included in the cleaning service.
Customers are also responsible for:
- Securing cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, confidential records, collectibles, and other valuables
- Identifying fragile, unstable, previously damaged, or high-value items
- Notifying Industrial CleanWorks of broken, loose, or improperly secured fixtures
- Informing Industrial CleanWorks of surfaces requiring specialized treatment
- Disclosing known hazards or unsafe conditions
- Providing appropriate property access
- Securing pets when necessary
- Disclosing manufacturer instructions or restrictions known to the customer that could materially affect cleaning
Industrial CleanWorks is not responsible for cleaning areas that cannot reasonably be accessed because of excessive belongings, restricted access, unsafe conditions, customer-requested exclusions, or undisclosed hazards.
10. Pets
Customers should notify Industrial CleanWorks of animals present at the property when their presence may affect the safe or efficient performance of services.
Pets should be appropriately secured if they may interfere with service, enter active work areas, escape through doors opened during service, or create a safety concern.
Industrial CleanWorks is not responsible for escaped pets when a customer has failed to reasonably secure the animal before service.
Industrial CleanWorks personnel may decline to enter or remain in an area containing an animal that they reasonably believe presents a health or safety risk.
11. Health, Safety & Hazardous Conditions
The safety of our customers, personnel, service professionals, and property is a priority.
Customers must disclose known conditions that may create an unusual health or safety risk.
Industrial CleanWorks reserves the right to stop, decline, postpone, or modify service when personnel encounter circumstances including:
- Human or animal waste beyond ordinary cleaning conditions
- Blood or bodily fluids
- Needles or sharps
- Hazardous chemicals or substances
- Suspected asbestos
- Dangerous mold conditions
- Significant pest infestations
- Unsecured aggressive animals
- Unsafe structural conditions
- Illegal substances or activities
- Weapons presenting an unsafe condition
- Other conditions reasonably considered hazardous
Specialized biohazard, hazardous-material, pest-remediation, mold-remediation, asbestos-remediation, or similar services are not included unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
If an undisclosed hazardous condition prevents completion of the scheduled service, charges may apply for labor, travel, equipment, supplies, or services already performed or committed to the appointment.
12. Cleaning Results & Preexisting Conditions
Industrial CleanWorks is committed to exceptional workmanship. However, professional cleaning cannot always restore every surface, fabric, fixture, or material to original or like-new condition.
Results may be affected by:
- Age
- Normal wear
- Permanent staining
- Discoloration
- Sun damage
- Chemical damage
- Previous improper cleaning
- Material deterioration
- Scratches
- Etching
- Hard-water damage
- Permanent odors
- Dye loss
- Grout deterioration
- Flooring finish deterioration
- Preexisting damage
Cleaning may reveal defects, discoloration, staining, deterioration, or damage that was previously obscured by soil, furniture, debris, residue, or buildup.
Industrial CleanWorks does not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, discoloration, mark, defect, or permanent condition.
13. Specialty Surface & Material Limitations
Certain surfaces, fabrics, flooring materials, fixtures, finishes, stone, wood, upholstery, rugs, or other materials may react differently to cleaning agents, agitation, moisture, heat, extraction, polishing, or other cleaning processes.
Customers should disclose known manufacturer restrictions, special-care instructions, previous treatments, or material concerns before service.
Where appropriate, Industrial CleanWorks may test a product or cleaning method in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.
Industrial CleanWorks reserves the right to decline, stop, or modify treatment when our personnel reasonably determine that proceeding could create an unacceptable risk of damage.
14. Our 24-Hour Quality Commitment
Industrial CleanWorks is committed to delivering consistent, professional service according to the confirmed scope of work.
If you believe an area included within your confirmed service was not properly completed, please notify Industrial CleanWorks within 24 hours of service completion.
When appropriate, Industrial CleanWorks may:
- Review photographs or other service documentation
- Request additional information
- Contact the customer regarding the concern
- Inspect the affected area
- Return to address an eligible workmanship concern
Our preferred resolution for a legitimate workmanship concern is the opportunity to correct the affected area.
Customers must provide Industrial CleanWorks a reasonable opportunity to evaluate and, when appropriate, correct the reported concern before other remedies are considered.
Notification of a service concern does not automatically entitle the customer to a full or partial refund.
Concerns involving services outside the purchased scope, permanent stains or damage, preexisting conditions, inaccessible areas, customer-requested exclusions, conditions previously disclosed, or issues reported after the 24-hour notification period may not qualify for complimentary corrective service.
15. Damage & Breakage
Industrial CleanWorks personnel and authorized service professionals are expected to exercise reasonable care while performing services.
If property is accidentally damaged during service and Industrial CleanWorks may reasonably be responsible, the customer should notify Industrial CleanWorks as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the damage and provide sufficient information for us to investigate the matter.
Industrial CleanWorks may request:
- Photographs
- Receipts
- Proof of ownership
- Purchase information
- Repair estimates
- Inspection of the affected item or property
Depending upon the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, reasonable reimbursement, submission of an insurance claim, or another mutually agreed resolution.
Industrial CleanWorks is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Preexisting damage
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Loose or unstable fixtures
- Deteriorated materials
- Defective products
- Items improperly secured
- Manufacturer defects
- Customer-supplied chemicals or equipment
- Failure to disclose known special-handling requirements
- Conditions not reasonably observable before service
Customers should secure particularly valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable property before cleaning begins.
16. Personal Property & Valuables
Industrial CleanWorks is not responsible for cash, jewelry, valuable documents, collectibles, medications, financial instruments, firearms, or other high-value personal property that has not been reasonably secured before service.
Customers should remove or secure fragile, sentimental, highly valuable, confidential, or irreplaceable items before personnel arrive.
Customers should inform Industrial CleanWorks before service of any item requiring unusual or specialized handling.
17. Recurring Services & Maintenance Programs
Customers enrolled in recurring services or maintenance programs may receive pricing, scheduling priority, service frequency benefits, or other features associated with the applicable program.
Recurring service pricing may be based upon maintaining an agreed service frequency.
If the service frequency changes, appointments are repeatedly skipped, the condition of the property materially changes, the scope of service changes, or substantially more time or labor becomes necessary, pricing may be reevaluated.
Any automatic or recurring payment authorization will be disclosed during enrollment or within the applicable service agreement.
Customers may discontinue recurring services according to the cancellation provisions presented when enrolling and any applicable written agreement.
Benefits, discounts, or priority scheduling associated with a recurring program may end when recurring service is discontinued.
18. Service Professionals & Contractors
Industrial CleanWorks may use employees, independent service professionals, subcontractors, specialty providers, or other authorized personnel to fulfill services when appropriate.
Authorized personnel performing services on behalf of Industrial CleanWorks are expected to comply with applicable Industrial CleanWorks service standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
The assignment of a particular individual or service professional is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Industrial CleanWorks may substitute qualified personnel when reasonably necessary to maintain scheduling, service continuity, or operational requirements.
